Project Engineer

Project Management and Installation

• Develop and implement Project Construction Execution Plan
• Supervises and mentors field workers, monitors their activities and provides leadership.
• Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance (including trends) to the Technical Manager and Chief Technology Officer
• Takes actions necessary to meet project budget and schedule requirements
• Assists with client interface and relations.

Operation and Maintenance

• Oversee the continuos operations and maintenance of ongoing assigned project on the company
• Prepare monthly and annual O&M reports for assigned projects
• Conduct inspections and prepare incident reports for concerns raised on site

Quality Assurance and Safety

• Ensure all PV systems meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
