Project Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring all phases of construction and renovation projects in multiple site locations within the organization. This role ensures that project timelines, budgets, design standards, permits, and quality expectations are consistently met. The Project Engineer will work closely with architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to support site development, store expansion, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects involving facilities, equipment, layout, or utility improvements.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, scope of work, and technical drawings as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for project execution.
• Manage permits, approvals, and coordination with LGUs, suppliers, and contractors.
