Job Description
**Description:** This position is for a Lab Operations Coordinator located within the Integration, Engineering Operations (EO) Organization. The EO Lab Ops Coordinator assists the Lab Manager(s) by performing day-to-day monitoring, control, and support functions within an assigned lab or across multiple labs.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the lab’s day-to-day compliance to the company’s policies and procedures; compliance with Environmental Safety and Health standards; performance of lab self-assessments; support of lab compliance audits; facility and equipment maintenance to include services; managing assigned property; controlling lab access to include monitoring lab user compliance training; and assigning workspace allocations to lab users.
The position may also be required to manage schedules and deadlines, coordinating work efforts with other departments or disciplines, and tracking/reporting lab performance metrics.
