JOB SCOPES

• End-to-End Management: Lead projects from conceptual design through to final handover.
• Site Leadership: Supervise project sites, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technicians, engineers, clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Technical Integrity: Provide regular progress updates and ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and requirements.
• T&C Oversight: Oversee the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of completed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Financial & Timeline Control: Monitor project milestones, operating costs, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
