Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer for our Westbury, NY facility. In this role, under limited guidance, supports the R&D organization by researching, evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in testing and solving technical problems pertaining to thermal spray application development, system acceptance tests, and product validation projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Formulates and executes project plans within the Coating Solution Center (CSC) under limited guidance from Sr. Project Engineers.
• Leads individual project activities for PVD/thermal spray application and parameter development, product support and validation (system acceptance tests). Additional support required for key account managers, materials and equipment business lines.
