To support the business operations of the Molex MPS division by leading high-requirement customer programs and managing new program development from pre-production through to full production.

What You Will Do
Work with the Business Development Team, customers, and Cost Estimation teams to transfer GCD into the NPI process.Primary interface with customer leadership in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, requiring strong executive-level communication and the ability to maintain team focus on execution.Establish program team members after business award and implement the AQP process from project kickoff to launch while ensuring adherence to phase-gate processes.Responsible for achieving program budget targets within scope and lunch the project within promised timing plan.Manage program risks and resources effectively.M...
