Job Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the entire project from start-up up to turnover and billing;
- Acts as the main/focal contact of clients, architects, construction managers, site personnel, subcontractors, etc. on the assigned project;
- Attends the Client's Pre-Construction meeting together with the Sr. Office Engineer, Estimator, Project Superintendent, General Manager and other concerned internal stakeholders, as needed;
- Gathers the pertinent documents/information relative to the project: Client's Notice to Proceed (where the project duration and project cost are stipulated), PO, Contract Agreement, Client's Proposed Construction/Building Plan, Bidding Document, Supplier's/Subcontractor's contact details (i.e. contact person & contact number) and agreed scope of work with timeline, etc
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field ...
