They lead the technical team to meet project schedules and budgets, develop technical plans, and guide the development of requirements and processing methods. Additionally, they review subcontractor work products, support transition to production, and prepare budgetary and engineering estimates. The role also involves assisting with budget development, managing government property, and performing other duties as required. Overall, the Project Engineering Lead ensures the technical viability and successful completion of engineering tasks on assigned projects.
