Job Description
Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Project Engineer within our Engineering Department at our Mansfield, Ohio facility. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Capital projects from inception, design engineering, procurement, construction and start-up in all areas of the facility.
Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Lead multiple capital projects, maintenance projects and/or facility rehabilitations on schedule and within budget by preparing capitol appropriations requests, establishing and reviewing schedule, and reviewing and approving design drawings
+ Ensure project safety planning and compliance
+ Assist plant operations and maintenance departments with technical issues related to the production process, equipment, buildings, and facilities within the plant
+ Participate in cross-functional teams in the implementation of major capital improvements
