Project Engineer (Mall Construction)

CONSTRUCTION

• Monitors daily project accomplishment, inventory of materials and manpower.
• Prepares purchase requisition forms (PR) with accurate quantities and ensures timely delivery of owner supplied materials (OSM’s).
• Updates and consolidates all construction-related documents (e.g. Owner Instruction slip, Change order forms, Design Change Notice, Task Tracker, Visual Diary, etc.).
• Ensures construction quality adheres to issued Final Construction Plans and approved specifications.
• Manages securing necessary permits prior occupancy.
• Maintains over-all safety of project site including proper housekeeping.
• Collates punch lists and ensures that all are completed within acceptable limits and prescribed deadline.
• Identifies project risks and recommends mitigation to all project stakeholders.
• Devises action plan for site issues/concerns promptly considering the most cost effective measure.
