TIPICON ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS is hiring an Project Engineer (Civil Engineer) to oversee and coordinate construction operations across multiple project sites. This role requires strong technical judgment, leadership, and the ability to manage people, equipment, materials, and documentation with minimal supervision.

This position is for engineers who can think beyond one site and help ensure smooth, disciplined, and efficient operations company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites
  • Ensure projects follow approved plans, specifications, schedules, and standards
  • Monitor productivity, work progress, and quality of execution
