Project Engineer

Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture

Must have experienced in the same field

Over sees the day to day operations of the site, provide for site safety and security, and implement site policies and procedures

Conduct regular inspection, toolbox meetings for delegation of task to the workers and instruction to subcontractors

Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare file accident/incident reports and give copies to the project coordinator & office

Supervise and evaluate manpower, keep accurate records of manpower attendance and timesheets, provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
