Responsibilities
- Materials and process development related activities.
- Manage and implement materials and process related projects.
- Manage and implement stay-in-business related projects, if any.
- Identify opportunities for materials waste reduction and new materials development. Improvement to focus on cost and/or quality related opportunities on current and future products.
- Liaise with Manufacturing Manager and Senior Management on project opportunities and progress updates.
- Liaise with Quality and Purchasing on material qualifications.
- Manage project schedules and timelines.
- Prepare project documentation including capital requests, design specifications and validations.
- Carry out other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor.
