Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
  2. Monitor compliance of specifications, QA / QC policies & safety compliance matter.
  3. Interact daily with the subcontractors to make sure works are according to work schedule and planning.
  4. Report regularly on project progress status.
  5. Work force and resources planning according to daily site operation.
  6. Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  7. To attend weekly/monthly site progress meeting.
  8. Preparation of site progress report.
  9. Manage, supervise and coordinate all project activities and to guide the site personnel in carrying their task.
  10. Prepare PQP, documents and check documents such as method statement of works, materials submission, construction drawings and specifications to the relevant authorities.
