Job Description
Planning & prepare correspondence for new lift/escalator installation
Site visit & site progress monitoring
Attending site meeting with main contractor for coordination
Supervise site installation progress and monitor the safety & quality procedure
Perform toolbox to installation team at site
Ensure readiness for authority inspection (JKKP & BOMBA)
Control budgetary for all project by negotiate quotation price
Requirements
Minimum 2 years working experience in lift and escalator industry or construction field.
Diploma/ Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering background.
Knowledge in lift and escalator.
Good communication skill and able to interact with all level.
High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
Able to supervise and manage Subcontractor at site.
