Responsibilities
Supervise all civil construction activities .
Ensure work is executed as per drawing specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with structural consultants, architects,MEP engineers and vendors.
Monitor daily site progress and report regularly to the project manager
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation and quality checklists
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Verify contractor bills, work measurements and material consumption.
