Job Description
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (drawings, check requests, material requests, reports)
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
- Resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
- Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Checking plans, quantities, and drawings to ensure accuracy
- Overseeing health and safety
- Overseeing and managing the site labor force and sub-contractors
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Promoting the best construction practices
- Undergo activities and practices that comply with the procedures of the company and the specifications.
