Job Description:

• Plan, design, and implement telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Install, integrate, and commission network equipment (RAN, transmission, IP).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot service issues and outages.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze KPIs and recommend network optimization improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and acceptance records.
• Ensure compliance with MCMC regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, ICT, or equivalent.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
• Vendor certification (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
