Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Project Engineer to support our Mining and Pelletizing Operations in Michigan and Minnesota. The Project Engineer is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and input for capital project execution.Summary of Responsibilities
+ Assembles project estimates and schedules ranging from Project Scoping to Project Execution Phases.
+ Prepares outside engineering scopes of work and bid documents.
+ Provides oversight of contracted engineering work performed by outside firms.
+ Manages outside engineering schedules and costs. Ensures quality deliverables.
+ Works closely with Mining and Pelletizing sites to incorporate their input and priorities into project definition, ensuring effective project execution and meets project objectives
