Project Engineer

Responsibilities :-

• Plan, organise and manage all aspects of the development projects, ensuring efficient implementation, as well as successful and timely completion;
• Liaise with the relevant authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers and project team members on all matters regarding the projects;
• Participate in project viability studies, which include attending site visits, conducting market research, preparing feasibility studies and project proposals;
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including tender interviews, planning and progress meetings;
• Conduct research and participate in design concept identification, review of preliminary and construction drawings and specifications;
• Participate and manage the processes of obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, tender comparison and timely contract award;
