Job Description
**Position Summary**
This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects
**Position Details**
+ Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.
+ Manages change orders. Ensures they are completed accurately and tracked as required. Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
+ Stays current on emerging trends.
+ Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education, training and experience
+ Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports
+ Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
+ Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings
+ Basic verbal and written communication skills
+ Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Exce...
