Job Description
The role involves managing MEP quantity surveying and billing activities, including quantity takeoff, bill certification, assisting in tendering and estimation, and supporting planning for high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed quantity survey and quantity takeoff for MEP works.
Prepare and certify bills related to MEP installations and works.
Assist in tendering, estimation, costing, and preparing comparison statements.
Coordinate with planning teams; support project scheduling and progress tracking for MEP activities.
Interact with site execution teams to validate quantities and ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
Support documentation, reporting, and audit requirements for MEP billing and QS.
