Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead production and project site installations to constant work flow and timeliness.
• Ensure safety during installation, in compliance with site safety policies, implementation of corrective actions and developing safe operating procedures.
• Conduct site inspection, prepare cost estimates.
• Has coaching and development through Performance evaluations.
• Assist Plant Manager and other Lead Supervisions to coordinate and or conduct training for onboarding new employees and existing employees as needed.
• Plan, forecast, execute and effectively communicate the installation schedule.
• Understand staffing, equipment, and facility needs based on projected workload requirements.
• Monitor and control to ensure optimum performance, and quality of workmanship put into practice into the workplace daily.
