Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, technical and cost proposals, and bid documents in a timely manner for commercial and heavy civil engineering construction projects.
• Must have excellent English speaking skills to make phone calls and communicate with vendors and subcontractors based in the USA.
• Prepare RFQ (Request for Quote) and contact with vendors/subcontractors in the proposed project areas to obtain a quote and identify qualified subcontractors/vendors.
