Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute facility maintenance projects from planning to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal maintenance teams
  • Supervise MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of maintenance activities
  • Review technical drawings, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and facility management standards
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions
  • Support procurement of materials and manage subcontractor activities
  • Maintain proper documentation including reports, permits, and maintenance records
