Job Description
We are looking for a Project Engineer in Building Science
to join our team in Courtenay. This role requires strong technical knowledge in building science, building enclosure design, and construction principles. You will lead the delivery of building enclosure projects including investigations, design, construction document preparation, and field review.
You will be the main client contact throughout each project, from early investigation and design through to tendering, submittal review, and quality assurance during construction. Your work will help ensure high-performing enclosures for a variety of building types, both new and existing.
This role also includes reviewing the work of junior staff, mentoring them in field review techniques, testing, and documentation. As a project manager, you will oversee financial performance, technical quality, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
