Project Engineer

Chicago area firm has a long-term opportunity for ownership and partnership for a Senior Project Engineer! Responsibilities: Oversee municipal infrastructure projects from start to finish Duties including pre-project planning, preparation of construction plans/specifications, construction layout, and resident engineering Communicate with municipal/government representatives and agencies Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Requirements: BS Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university 5+ years of Municipal Civil Engineering experience Transportation and infrastructure experience PE License (preferred) IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification Working knowledge of Civil3D and Microsoft Office Salary is commensurate with experience.
