Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage horizontal construction works
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and work programs
- Prepare and process progress billings, including quantity take-offs and accomplishment reports
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, cost, and timelines
- Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and project documentation
- Assist in cost control, variation orders, and project close-out activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in horizontal construction projects
