Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage horizontal construction works
  • Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and work programs
  • Prepare and process progress billings, including quantity take-offs and accomplishment reports
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, cost, and timelines
  • Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and project documentation
  • Assist in cost control, variation orders, and project close-out activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in horizontal construction projects
