- Reporting to the Department Manager/Project Manager.
- Responsible for completing the project in conformance to the drawings, specifications, codes and standards to which the project was designed.
- Keep tracks on project activities ensuring resources, budget, schedule, quality and safety standards are within the stakeholders' expectation.
- Coordinating, monitoring and controlling of procurement activities labour, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with Subcontractors and Consultants on project and technical matters and organise project site meetings.
- To prepare and verify all progress payment claims made by sub-contractors and supplier's invoices.
- Coordinate with HSEQ Division to ensure quality and safety standards are complied.
- To assist sales and marketing team and also help to deal with land and survey matters, landowners issue and etc.
