Job Description
BioRad is currently looking for a Project Document Specialist. This role will provide document control support to product life-cycle documentation to ensure development documents, drawings and data are complete, properly categorized and approved in compliance with data integrity principles. You will work closely with the project team to receive, assess and process documents through the Veeva QualityDocs workflow.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Improve project time management by processing documents through the Veeva QualityDocs workflow by receiving and assessing submissions before assigning stakeholders to review and approve.
- Improve document accuracy and completeness by reviewing documents for formatting, spelling, content requirements and metadata and working closely with project stakeholders to correct issues and identify reviewers and approvers. There is an opportunity to train new users to the docume...
