Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documents including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, accuracy, and timely updates in accordance with company procedures, contract requirements, and Malaysian regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Compile and organize as-built and project completion documents for final handover to the Client.
- Assist with submissions to authorities or clients, drawing checks, and documentation for progress claims and payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control within construction or engineering projects.
