Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documents including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper document numbering, version control, accuracy, and timely updates in accordance with company procedures, contract requirements, and Malaysian regulations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Compile and organize as-built and project completion documents for final handover to the Client.
  • Assist with submissions to authorities or clients, drawing checks, and documentation for progress claims and payments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control within construction or engineering projects.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
