Key Responsibilities
Serve as the overall Project Director responsible for safe, successful execution of a large-scale power generation project. Lead all project phases from mobilization through construction, commissioning, startup, and project closeout. Direct and manage multidisciplinary project teams including construction management, engineering, project controls, procurement, quality, and commissioning personnel. Establish project execution strategies, organizational structure, staffing plans, and performance objectives. Provide executive oversight of project schedules, budgets, productivity, risk management, and commercial performance. Lead construction activities involving:
