Project Director

Senior Project Director responsible for ensuring alignment between business objectives, clinical workflows, technical requirements, interoperability frameworks, and policy directions.

• The Director ensures alignment across clinical, business, technical, and vendor workstreams while driving program progress, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the design, integration, and implementation of digital-health solutions.
• Provide senior oversight and integration across multiple eHealth initiatives, including:
  • CII/CPAR
  • Electronic Referral Solution (ERS)
  • EHR Viewer / Clinical Document Repository modernization
• Manage relationships with EMR vendors, technology suppliers, and shared services partners.
• Lead engagement with clinicians, professional associations, provincial partners, and regulatory bodies.
