Job Title: Project Director – Data Centre EPCC
Location: Bagan Datoh, Perak (Permanent)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-stakes data centre EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) project. This senior role requires expertise in project management, data centre design, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Tier III/IV standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all project phases from concept to commissioning and Ready for Service (RFS).
Oversee EPCC contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams (CSA, MEP, Telecoms & ICT).
Resolve design conflicts and ensure alignment between design and constructed facility.
Approve design deliverables, ensuring Tier III/IV compliance and operational readiness.
Manage procurement strategy for long-lead and mission-critical equipment.
