- Research, manage, and supervise all technical projects within PE department.
- Implement improvements and upgrades for production equipment to enhance efficiency.
- Execute repairs and upgrades for factory infrastructure; handle Kaizen requests.
- Participate in constructing, expanding factory workshops, and installing new production lines.
- Other tasks are requested from GM in charge.
Job Requirement
- Education: Graduated from University with Bachelor/Engineer Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Language: English - Conversational Level (Ability to read/understand technical documents and basic communication).
- Experience: Having experience as a Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer or relevant in manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Project.
