About the role

As a Project Development & Contracts Executive at COMTRAC SDN BHD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning and delivery of property development projects. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are designed, procured and completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and managing project development plans, schedules, project costings and budgets
  2. Coordinate the negotiating and drafting of project contracts and agreements
  3. Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks
  4. Providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients
  5. Collaborating with Consultants, authorities, operations and procurement teams
