Project Development Manager

Job Purpose:

Leads and oversees the full project lifecycle - from pre-launch (permit coordination with HODs) to launch (LTS)- ensuring projects are market-responsive, financially viable, operationally feasible, and aligned with the Company's growth objectives. Drives cross-functional coordination in planning, budgeting, procurement, compliance, sales support, and construction, including external stakeholders.

Job Description:

-Prepare the business plan by working with the HODs to ensure that the process is aligned to every function or department and get the approval of the functional heads before presenting to the President by following the template; that includes the marketing, sales, construction, finance and HR.
