Project Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Supports the Project Director and Cluster Head in managing and overseeing the real
estate projects (both ongoing and completed) assigned to them.

Duties and Responsibilities
LAND ACQUISITION
• Prepares the initial financial runs to be used as basis for acquisition
• Coordinates the implementation on the technical due diligence of acquired properties, in preparation for
the project conceptual planning.
PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION AND PLANNING
• Participates in the planning process
• Prepares the project development timeline based on parameters provided by the Cluster Heads and/or
Project Director
• Participates in the completion and ensures accuracy of the project plans; Concept Design, Schematic Design,
Design Development and Final Construction Drawings
• Prepares the requirements for the application and processing of permits and licenses needed prior to the
launch and construction of the project.
