Project Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Feasibility

• Lead feasibility studies including financial analysis, cost estimation, and market research.
• Evaluate land acquisition opportunities and development potential.
• Prepare and present development proposals to management.

2. Authority Liaison & Compliance

• Manage submissions and approvals with local authorities (e.g. planning permission, building plans, infrastructure approvals, CCC process).
• Liaise closely with consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth approval process.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and development guidelines.

3. Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate project implementation from design stage to construction completion.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
