Project Development Associate

We are looking for a Project Development Associate who is driven and is able to play an active role in the overall development of our projects. The Project Development Associate's responsibilities include:

• Conducting Land Feasibility and Market Studies for new properties and conceptualizing overall project development from planning to delivery and implementation,
• Project timetable plotting and monitoring; coordinating with the Project Team on project deliverables and the overall progress of projects,
• Ensuring Project Implementation and Delivery standards are met; following up with the resolution of concerns related to the overall development of the project, and
• Preparing necessary documents for Project Development and other relevant tasks including being updated with changes in government policies and regulatory requirements.
