Job Description
Supports the Project Director and Cluster Head in managing and overseeing the real estate vertical projects (both ongoing and completed) assigned to them.
LAND ACQUISITION
Prepares the initial financial runs to be used as basis for acquisition
Coordinates the implementation on the technical due diligence of acquired properties, in preparation for the project conceptual planning.
PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION AND PLANNING
Participates in the planning process
Prepares the project development timeline based on parameters provided by the Cluster Heads and/or Project Director
Participates in the completion and ensures accuracy of the project plans; Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Final Construction Drawings
Prepares the requirements for the application and processing of permits and licenses needed prior to the launch and construction of the project.
