Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in renewable energy development and/or project management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
- Proven experience delivering projects from greenfield stage to financing and implementation
- Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and project motivation
- Competent in budgeting, cost control, and project reporting using management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and financial modelling
- Honours Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) or Environmental Sciences; Masters degree is advantageous
- Additional qualifications in business, project management, or finance are a plus
- Registration (or in-progress registration) with ECSA or relevant professional body required
