An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oil & Gas Project Design Engineer to join the Siemens Team in Abu Dhabi to lead the execution of a major Electrical O&G Project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the technical information of the project and process any required technical clarification either internally or externally with the customer.
• Prepare electrical designs as per the Siemens engineering standards.
• Control and actively influence the execution of the forecasted engineering schedule in terms of design.
• Review and coordinate vendor engineering and accord clarifications, rejections and approvals under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Process internal and external design change requests during the execution of the project.
