AI-Native Project Delivery Manager (Remote | India )
We are hiring a proactive Project Delivery Manager to act as the right hand to our leadership team.
This is not a traditional VA role, nor is it purely content editing. It’s a high-autonomy execution role for someone who can take raw business priorities, build AI-assisted workflows, and drive projects across the finish line without constant hand-holding.
What You’ll Do:
Company-Wide Execution: Turn founder ideas into clear plans across digital products, membership operations, systems, and marketing.
Drive Accountability: Coordinate team members, freelancers, and partners—chasing actions, clearing blockers, and keeping momentum.
AI-First Workflows: Leverage Claude, ChatGPT, and automations to handle 80% of routine planning, drafts, and administrative heavy lifting.
