Project Delivery Manager

We are working with a well-established Christchurch-based engineering business looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead a high-profile product engineering programme.

This role will suit someone who can bring structure, visibility and momentum to complex technical delivery. You will work closely with senior engineers, build realistic bottom‑up plans, manage dependencies, identify risks early and provide clear updates to leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading delivery across a cross‑functional engineering programme
• Managing project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Working closely with engineers to build realistic delivery plans
• Providing clear, evidence‑based updates to senior stakeholders
• Supporting both new product development and ongoing product enhancement
