Role: Head of Project Delivery

Role & Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of experience in Delivery Governance and own end-to-end delivery for large, multi-stream technology programmes—define governance, delivery models, and measurable KPIs to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
  • Drive client engagement and executive stakeholder alignment: lead steering committees, manage expectations, and secure renewals and scope decisions.
  • Own financial delivery outcomes including budget tracking, forecasting, margin management, and corrective actions to protect programme P&L.
  • Build and scale the delivery organisation: resource planning, capacity management, vendor oversight, and recruitment/retention strategies for on-site teams.
  • Implement delivery best practices: establish PMO standards, risk and issue frameworks, quality gates, and continuous improvement routines across Agile and Waterfall projects.
