The Project Delivery Expert helps the Agile tribe focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done; causing the removal of impediments to the agile tribe’s progress and ensuring that all agile ceremonies take place are positive, productive and kept within the timebox. They will also serve as the change agent of the tribe, by behaving as a servant leader and reflecting and teaching the agile values to the Agile team and collaborating with other scrum masters as well.
