Job Description
Job Objective:
To accurately analyze project concepts and requirements received from the Project Manager—including necessary materials, processes, and resources—in order to develop precise quotations and determine the total cost of projects to be presented to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Analysis: Receive project information and concepts from the Project Manager and analyze technical requirements, material specifications, measurements, and manufacturing processes.
Sourcing & Quotation: Solicit, compare, and manage quotes from material suppliers and external service providers to secure the best pricing.
Cost Calculation: Calculate comprehensive direct and indirect costs, including labor, materials, production timelines, transportation, and profit margins (utilidades).
