Project Cost Controller

Overview

The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing project costs to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with budgets. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, finance, and procurement to provide accurate reporting, risk analysis, and cost alignment throughout project execution.

MMS / Resource Loading

• Updates project manpower loading on a monthly basis and as required.
• Produces periodic project reports for internal (SEA/Global) and external management (Client).
• Monthly Project Report (MPR) and Weekly Project Reports (WPR).

Cost Controlling

• Develops CBS (in line with SAP and P6 WBS) and sets budget breakdowns at the initial stage of project execution based on tender handovers.
