About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Cost Controller to ensure financial oversight of a large-scale construction project. This role focuses on tracking costs, forecasting budget needs, and providing actionable insights to project management to maintain financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
• Track expenditures, commitments, and variations for contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow updates, and cost analysis for management.
